How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During major sale events, such as our Halfway to Black Friday or Black Friday sales, processing times may extend to 2 to 4 weeks due to high volume.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred by their local government.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or store credit for verified damaged goods.
What are 'Slipcovers' and are they guaranteed?
Slipcovers are limited edition outer sleeves for our Blu-ray and 4K UHD releases. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the 'Limited Edition with Slipcover' version sells out, we typically offer a standard edition without the sleeve.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
During our large seasonal sales, we offer an 'Add to my existing order' shipping option for active subscribers and customers with open orders. For standard daily operations, please contact support to see if consolidation is possible before your items ship.
